Your benefits, run in Employee Navigator

What it does

Open enrollment happens in a browser instead of a stack of paper. New hires get an onboarding link and pick their plan before day one. The system tracks ACA eligibility, COBRA events, and waiting periods on its own, and it holds every plan document and SBC in one place. Enrollment data goes to the carrier through direct connections, so nobody re-keys a census.

What you do

Approve the plan menu we build and point new hires at the portal. That is most of it. We do the initial build, load your census, set the eligibility rules, and run open enrollment with you the first time. Your employees see a clean portal with your plans in it. You see who has enrolled and who is stalling, without asking anyone.

What it costs

Employee Navigator licenses are broker-paid. Ours covers your group as long as we are your Broker of Record. Carriers pay our commission out of their state-filed rates, and we print the dollar amount on every quote. If you ever leave us, you lose nothing but the login; your plan stays yours.
